This document governs the purchase, payment, and use of Credits.
The User must read this document carefully.
This Policy supplements our Terms of Service. Matters not addressed in this Policy are governed by the Terms of Service, and our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
"Credits" refers to the virtual tools that we provide to you to redeem and obtain certain AI generation services on our platform.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Credit service is a network technology and related service provided by the platform to users. The Credits service is not an online payment service, and Credits are not tokens, virtual currencies, or prepaid vouchers. They do not have monetary value or prepaid value.
Before you purchase or use Credits, please be sure to read and fully understand this Policy. If you do not agree with any or all of its terms, please do not confirm your purchase.
We reserve the right to set pricing for Paid Services. Reference rate: $1 USD = 100 Credits. This rate is provided for reference only and does not constitute a guaranteed exchange rate or price.
The final price, currency, applicable taxes or fees, and quantity of Credits are determined by the specific SKU and other information displayed on the purchase or checkout page. Promotional prices and Credit quantities are subject to the applicable promotion and purchase pages.
The usage order is strictly based on the order of purchase. Credits purchased earlier will be consumed first (First-In, First-Out rule).
Credits are virtual tools used to access specific services. Fees paid for Credits are not deposits, savings products, or stored monetary value.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store or payment provider, purchases of Credits are generally final and non-refundable once the Credits have been delivered to or activated in the User's account. Refunds may remain available for duplicate charges or a failure to deliver purchased Credits.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or gifted between different Users or accounts. If an app store or payment provider approves or processes a refund, we may deduct or revoke the corresponding Credits from the User's account.
If you request a refund through a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store), and you have separately provided valid consent, we may share limited information about the delivery and consumption of the relevant Credits with that app store solely to help prevent payment fraud and review your refund claim. You must not exploit system loopholes, use unauthorized channels to acquire Credits, or use Credits or related Services to infringe upon intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if violations occur.
